Surprise!

We had our first visit with our OB yesterday for our first second trimester appointment. Dr. Anzaldo was great and we are thrilled he will be with us during the next several weeks! He took the time to get to know us and prayed with us. Great experience. All looked great with Baby Shaddix. The baby was doing bicep curls and some thumb sucking. I think I am having a Amazon child though. I've read at 14 weeks baby's are usually about 3 inches and 1.5 ounces. Baby Shaddix? 6 inches and 3 ounces. I am happy for a healthy baby, but will be okay not having one about twice the average size of newborns by delivery time! There was another surprise during this visit, but the second surprise will have to wait for another posting next week :)
